The hotel is on Bourne Mill Business Park off Guildford Road, which is the A31 corridor, so the approach is a straight run with a clear forecourt and one main door. There is no one-way system to negotiate and no pay and display to find, which is why it works so well for early starts.

It is one of the better ones locally. It sits on a business park off the A31 with free parking and a single clear entrance, so a car can be at the door at any hour without touching the town centre or its roadworks.

How far is Farnham station?

About a mile, which the hotel quotes as a fifteen-minute walk. By car it is usually four to six minutes.

Is the Beefeater next door still open?

Not to the public. It closed to non-residents and now operates as the guest restaurant only, so if you are meeting someone for dinner it is worth planning a run into town instead.

Are there any works on the site?

There may be. Waverley Borough Council approved a large extension in April 2026, replacing the old single-storey restaurant block with a multi-storey one. Expect hoardings and possibly reduced parking, so for a big or early job it is worth telling us in advance.
