Dippenhall lies about a mile north of the A31 and does not extend south of it, reached on minor lanes from the Coxbridge end of Farnham. It sits roughly 500 yards from the county boundary, and the historic parish of the same name was on the Hampshire side. Several of the working farms have diversified, so their buildings now hold small commercial businesses.
